What we do
Rough-in for relocated or added fixtures — supply, drain, waste and vent. Shower and tub conversions, including curbless showers and freestanding tubs. Double vanities and new sink locations. Kitchen islands with sinks and dishwashers. Laundry room moves and additions. Pot fillers, bar sinks and ice-maker lines. Fixture installation and final trim-out once the finishes are in. Upgrading what’s exposed while the walls are open — old shutoffs, galvanized stubs, undersized drains.
Plan the plumbing before the tile
The costly remodel mistakes are sequencing mistakes: a drain that can’t reach its vent, a shower valve set at the wrong depth for the tile, a slab cut discovered after the cabinets are ordered. We’d rather be in the conversation early — with your plans or your contractor’s — so the rough-in is planned, permitted and inspected in the right order. Working with your contractor
We coordinate with general contractors and tile setters on timing, and we show up when the schedule says. If we find something behind the wall the plan didn’t know about, you hear about it the same day with options and prices — not as a surprise on the invoice.

When should the plumber get involved in a remodel?▼
At the planning stage — before cabinets and tile are ordered. Fixture locations, valve depths and drain routing all have to be settled before the rough-in, and changing them later is expensive.
Can you move a sink or toilet to a new location?▼
Usually, yes. Drains need slope and a path to a vent, and on a slab foundation that can mean cutting concrete — we’ll tell you what’s involved before you commit to the layout.
Do you work with my contractor?▼
Yes. We coordinate timing and inspections with general contractors and tile setters, and we show up when the schedule says.
Is remodel plumbing permitted and inspected?▼
Yes — rough-in and final inspections are part of any remodel that moves or adds plumbing in Austin and the surrounding cities. We handle the permit.
