The plumbing in a remodel is the part nobody sees and everybody depends on. JB Plumbing works with homeowners, designers and contractors across Austin and Travis County to plan and install remodel plumbing that passes inspection and stays trouble-free behind the finish.
Rough-in for relocated or added fixtures — supply, drain, waste and vent. Shower and tub conversions, including curbless showers and freestanding tubs. Double vanities and new sink locations. Kitchen islands with sinks and dishwashers. Laundry room moves and additions. Pot fillers, bar sinks and ice-maker lines. Fixture installation and final trim-out once the finishes are in. Upgrading what’s exposed while the walls are open — old shutoffs, galvanized stubs, undersized drains.
The costly remodel mistakes are sequencing mistakes: a drain that can’t reach its vent, a shower valve set at the wrong depth for the tile, a slab cut discovered after the cabinets are ordered. We’d rather be in the conversation early — with your plans or your contractor’s — so the rough-in is planned, permitted and inspected in the right order.
