New faucets, sinks, toilets, or showerheads — we install all plumbing fixtures with precision and care for a perfect finish.
Free estimates on most services · We answer 24/7
A new fixture should be the easy part of a project, and it is — when the supply lines, shutoffs and drain connections behind it are sound. JB Plumbing installs and replaces kitchen and bathroom fixtures for homes and businesses across Austin and Travis County, and takes care of the parts you can’t see so the part you can looks right and stays dry.
Kitchen and bathroom faucets. Drop-in, undermount and vessel sinks. Toilets, including comfort-height and water-saving models. Showerheads, tub spouts and shower valves. Garbage disposals. Dishwasher and refrigerator water connections. Hose bibs and outdoor faucets. Shutoff valves and supply lines while we’re there — a corroded quarter-turn valve is cheap to replace during an install and expensive to discover later.
You’re welcome to supply the fixture you’ve chosen; we’ll tell you before the visit if a model has a known installation quirk. If you’d rather we source it, we’ll recommend options that fit your rough-in and hold up in Austin’s hard water — mineral scale is the reason cartridge faucets and showerheads fail early here, and some finishes and designs handle it better than others.
Every install is leak-tested before we leave, old fixtures are hauled away, and we leave the work area clean. If a fixture swap uncovers a bigger issue — a rotted drain, a corroded supply — we stop and show you before doing anything beyond the quote.

Yes. Send us the model before the visit and we’ll flag any installation quirks or rough-in mismatches ahead of time.
Most single fixtures are done in an hour or two, assuming the shutoffs and connections behind them are sound. If they aren’t, we’ll show you before doing more.
Yes — removal and disposal are part of the install.
Usually Austin’s hard water: mineral scale wears cartridges and clogs aerators. Some fixture designs tolerate it better; we can recommend ones that do, and a whole-house softener if it’s a recurring cost.
