No water at all
Check a neighbor first. If it’s only your home, suspect a main-line break or a failed valve — and check the yard and meter for pooling.
Frozen or freeze-burst pipe
No flow during a cold snap, or water appearing as things thaw. Keep the faucet open, warm the pipe gently, never with a flame.
Smell gas?
Leave the house first and call your gas utility or 911 from outside. Once it’s made safe, call us for the gas line repair.
